Shipping Policy

Natura Blends products are handcrafted in small batches in Lumby, British Columbia. We take care in preparing and packaging each order for shipment.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During busy market seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

Shipping options and applicable rates will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Natura Blends is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will work with you to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help you determine the next steps with the shipping carrier.

Local Orders

Local pickup or other local delivery options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.
