How To Use
Spray onto the skin and gently massage in. Many people enjoy applying magnesium to the legs, feet, shoulders, arms, or other areas of the body as part of their daily self-care routine.
A mild tingling sensation can sometimes occur, particularly when you first begin using topical magnesium. Avoid freshly shaved, broken, or irritated skin.
If desired, allow the spray to remain on the skin for approximately 20–30 minutes, then rinse or wipe away any remaining residue.
